We at First Principles are looking for a trustworthy and proactive technical project manager with minimum 8 years of engineering experience and proven leadership skills.
Roles & Responsibilities:
You will have to perform 30% engineering development and 70% managerial activities
Undertake delivery of new Project development for Internal and External customers.
Understand the business requirements and convert them into logical solutions
Complete ownership of the project assigned. Coordinate with stakeholders, and deliver as per the deadline
Responsible for Project Planning, Tracking, and Control, Release, etc.
Provide technical leadership for different IT Projects identified from time to time, as and when required
POC development whenever required
Will be working under the VP of Engineering for all the existing and upcoming new projects
Will be responsible for a demanding and rewarding variety of duties related to the delivery of projects
Will be coordinating with vendors for some projects
Technical roadmap design based on stakeholder’s requirements
Technical architecture design along with system architect and product manager
Analysis for technology and tools required to achieve product vision
Planning and executing strategies for completing projects on time
Providing clear and concise instructions to engineering teams
Determining the need for training and talent development
Efforts estimations with Product Manager and VP of Engineering
Technical documentation and code quality review
