• Must possess excellent attention to detail and be able to familiarize and learn quickly new Software/ framework/ languages/ technology.
• The candidate should have 2+ years of hands-on proficient development experience on CI, Laravel, Core PHP and on CMS like, WordPress or Magneto.
• Good Experience with databases (e.g. MySQL, MongoDB) and web servers (e.g. Apache, nginx)
• Strong Knowledge of multiple front-end technologies (e.g. HTML/ CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery, AJAX, JSON).
• Participate in requirement gathering meetings with CLIENTS and the sales team to assist them with all of their quires related to design and development
• Should understand the business requirement and Design/Develop high-volume user-facing applications with high availability and performance also responsible to deliver projects within timeline.
• Based on requirements creating scope of work (SOW), cost and timeline and share the same with BD’s.
• If some additional work or enhancement shared by client, help them understating the same and talk to them for increasing in project budget.
• Relevant experience as a developer to lead a team of PHP developers to design and develop high performance web applications and assist them technically.
