Responsibilities

• He / She will be responsible for developing software modules for various parts of the system architecture.
• Design systems and solution for a high scale environment.
• To develop reusable, high performance and bug-free code.
• Develop and mentor other team members for delivering high quality code and best practices.
• Ensure timely and top-quality product delivery
• Ensure that the end product is fully and correctly defined and documented.
• Ensure implementation/continuous improvement of formal processes to support product development activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in Software development.
• Self-motivated and “The buck stops here”  attitude.
• Strong fundamentals of Java 8/Java 11
• Sound understanding of Object Oriented Analysis, Design and Programming.
• Hands-on experience in Java frameworks like Spring Boot/Play/ Quarkus & Rest API development.
• Hands-on experience in Mongo/NoSQL database.
• Understanding of docker is an added advantage.
• Understanding 12 factor application development.
• Experience with startups will be preferred.
