Responsibilities-

• Work closely with the Team Leader, Business Analyst and users to understand the functional and system requirements.
• Writing code and unit tests, automation and conducting code reviews and testing
• Performing ongoing refactoring of code, and delivering continuous improvement
• Participate in daily scrum meetings
• Participate in sprint planning and estimation of tasks
• Update documentation from analyzing the code, i.e., reverse-engineer

Mandatory Technical expertise required-

• Good Knowledge on Core Java, Spring, JDBC/JPA/Hibernate, Web services
• Experience with PL-SQL, Database - Oracle
• Experience with HTML, CSS & Javascript development
• Understanding or knowledge in Build Release activities
• Domain knowledge in Banking and Finance or Auto Finance Loans/ Lending will be added advantage
• Experience working on Linux/ UNIX
• Experience working in an Agile methodology. Understanding of all scrum ceremonies and their values
• Leading a team technically on delivery aspect whenever required
• Ability to leads team during conflicts and lead technical discussion to resolution
• Experience in triaging production / UAT and development batch cycles and batch issues will be added advantage
• Skill in communications, analytical and people skills
• Skill in leading, supervising and managing effectively under pressure
• Ability to be comfortable interacting and maintain positive working relationship with other stakeholders
• Ability to analyze business needs and determine related information services support
• Ability to operate independently
• Ability to exhibit solid decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
