Interview Process
At Atom, we do this a bit differently. After a technical screening round, we like to work together for a duration of 1 week. This way we can get to know each other in person and you can understand our vision, culture, everyday collaboration and how we approach problem solving. Making sure that your goals align with ours is absolutely essential. This "trial" helps both sides understand whether this opportunity fits well.
